Please upload your formal application letter to the Commissioner of Police requesting permission for the public meeting. Supported formats: PDF, DOC, DOCX. Max size: 10MB.
📅 Meeting Details
Provide detailed information about the purpose and agenda of the meeting.
Specify the exact location where the meeting will be held.
Approximate number of persons expected to attend the meeting.
Name, Address and Contact Information of each additional person organizing the event.
🎤 Non-Resident Speakers
Name, Address and Contact Information of every person other than a citizen or resident who intends to address the meeting.
Must be applied for no more than fourteen (14) days before the meeting.
